APPI has launched a new active Pilates class specifically designed to introduce the benefits of Pilates to older clients.
Pilates exercises can also help maintain bone density without the high risk of breaks or fractures. Lasting Strength is a low-impact session which focuses on strengthening muscles while improving balance, flexibility, and posture. It is a great option for older people recovering from an injury or illness or simply looking to start a new type of exercise.
The class takes place every Tuesday at 2pm and welcomes all abilities, helping each person to build strength, confidence, and mobility.
