Stefano and Naoko welcome their friend, food writer Letitia Clark, to Table@Vallebona for a book signing of her latest work, Wild Figs & Fennel.

Enjoy an evening of cocktails and conversation with Letitia and get an authentic taste of real Sardinian food. From refreshing summer salads to steaming bowls of wintry pasta and Lemon Ricotta Soufflé Pancakes, Pumpkin Gnocchi Fried in Sage Butter and Herb-Stuffed Courgette Flowers, Letitia will be sharing just what inspires her.

This will be a convivial, casual, standing event with cocktails and bar serving drinks by the glass. The ticket price of £40 includes a welcome drink and Vallebona’s own delicious Sardinian-inspired nibbles, as well as a signed copy of Wild Figs and Fennel.
