To celebrate its 60th birthday, BBC Wildlife Magazine has asked 60 people from its network of writers, presenters, photographers and conservationists to share their favourite places in the UK for wildlife. From this list they’re asking members of the public to vote for their top spot.
Wimbledon resident Jini Reddy, an author and journalist, chose Wimbledon Common as her pick, calling it a ‘perennial favourite’ and a ‘marvellous green lung for Londoners’. If you agree with Jini and would like to vote for the Common – or any of the other selected locations – click here. Voting closes on March 10th.
