This Christmas, explore four whisky traditions from Bourbon to Japanese whisky through a series of exclusive tastings at Amathus Wimbledon.

The second in the series of tastings is Single Malt Scotch.

When most Speyside distillers have moved towards a lighter, unpeated style of whisky, Benromach remain true to the region’s original style. At their family-owned distillery, they have recreated the character that once defined Speyside – rich single malts with a delicate hint of smoke.

The distillery’s Matthew Davey will take you through Benromach’s acclaimed core range, alongside a selection of their more experimental expressions, which push the boundaries of innovation and flavour.
