A Winning Wimbledon Menu

Throughout The Championships The Black Lamb will be serving up a fabulous seasonal 4-course Set Menu for guests to enjoy.

 

Kick off with their signature ‘Over the Net’ Cocktail and then indulge in delicious dishes such as Confit Chalk Stream Trout with Elderflower and Cucumber, and Pork Tenderloin, Broad Beans and Tomatoes with Fennel & Marjoram Salsa. And don’t forget to leave room for their seasonal dessert: Wobbles Of Wimbledon with Sussex Strawberry and Cream Jelly.

 

The menu is priced at £58pp, plus £38pp for optional wine pairing. A vegetarian option is also available. See the full menu here.
