Oak Tree Pre-school Nursery’s mission is to create a warm, friendly, innovative and stimulating environment for young children to develop their social and creative skills. It offers parents the reassurance of fully qualified and regularly trained staff, highly equipped nursery facilities, and secure premises.
Situated within the grounds of St Mary’s Church, Oak Tree Pre-School Nursery cares for children aged 2 – 5 years old, all year round. The Nursery is open Monday to Thursday from 08:00 with a choice of 16:30 or 18:00 finish time. They are not open on a Friday.
The Nursery’s Toddler and Pre-School Rooms are both bright, warm and welcoming spaces with large windows allowing plenty of natural sun-light in all day. They also have a large, enclosed outdoor area that provides the children with a huge opportunity to explore, get muddy, go on adventures and flourish to their full potential.
The Nursery follows the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, while focusing on the individual needs and interests of each child. They also provide a range of extra learning experiences, including yoga, tennis, singing and multi-sports.
