Village estate agency Robert Holmes & Company has secured new investment into its sales business with the aim of competing more widely in the international market and to open new offices in the UK.
A sales affiliation contract is set to be signed with a global real estate brokerage with a presence in over 65 countries. Wimbledon and Coombe will continue to be Robert Holmes & Company’s primary focus however and there are no planned changes or additions to the experienced Wimbledon Village team. Robert Holmes will remain as Chairman and Trey Scott will strengthen the board with his extensive international property experience. There will be no majority shareholder going forward.
