The provision of public toilets meets a fundamental need, yet the subject is hardly ever discussed. Merton Council is inviting local residents to complete a survey which aims to find out how the provision of public toilets in Merton affects people in their daily lives, especially the elderly and those with health conditions requiring more frequent visits to the toilet.
