Join us in Wimbledon Village to celebrate the Coronation of King Charles III and the Queen Consort. Soak up the Coronation Bank Holiday atmosphere with a walk through the Village which will be festooned with Union Jack flags and decorated with royal-themed windows – you’re sure to capture that perfect Instagram shot! Wine and dine like a Royal with special menus and food and wine tastings on offer at a number of the Village restaurants, wine merchants and delis. On Sunday browse the stalls at our fabulous Farmers Market and at 1 o’clock watch the ‘Charles’ and ‘Camilla’ horseback parade down the High Street. From midday the Rose & Crown will be keeping the children entertained with face-painting and crown-making sessions, while for the grown ups, there’ll be live music, a special gin selection and super tasty Coronation Chicken sandwiches on offer.
