It’s International Pilates day on Saturday 4th May and APPI is celebrating it in a big way!
Throughout May they will be running special charity and taster classes in clinic and a fantastic Introduction to Pilates offer for newcomers. The introductory package, priced at £200, includes a 60 minute 1-1 session with a specialist instructor, 5 reformer classes and a pair of grippy Pilates socks! Their Pilates & Pastries Charity Class in aid of Cancer Research will be held on Tuesday 7th May at 3pm. Suggested donation £10.
APPI is also running a competition on Instagram and Facebook for one lucky person to win a 1-1 Pilates session with one of their expert instructors. Follow them @appiclinics and tag a photo of yourself at the clinic doing Pilates saying why you enjoy it. Tag three friends that you’d like to see on the reformer with you and you’ll be entered into the prize draw. The winner will be announced in June.
