Experience the history and traditions of The Championships with a visit to the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum and / or a tour of the Grounds. You can also buy a range of branded merchandise from the Wimbledon shop.

 

The Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum, Shop and Wingfield Café – which offers a selection of cakes, pastries, salads and sandwiches, as well as a full range of hot and cold drinks – are all open daily from 10am to 5pm.

 

Enjoy a visit to the Wimbledon Lawn Tennis Museum and get up close to the famous trophies, feel the fabrics of tennis fashions from the Victorian period, test your skills on the Batak wall and learn about how The Championships has developed since 1877.

 

Several interactive galleries include original objects from Wimbledon and clothing and equipment donated by tennis’ top stars. Flick through the pages of Arthur Ashes’ diary, sit on the bench used by Roger Federer in the Gentlemen’s Dressing Room, and witness the power of Martina Navratilova. You’re certain to see something from your favourite player.

 

The award-winning behind-the-scenes tour of the Grounds are the perfect way to see this world-famous site. Expertly led by a friendly Blue Badge Guide, you’ll see the facilities used by the world’s best tennis players as well as broadcasters, learn how Wimbledon’s distinctive grass is cared for and how the site has changed and improved each year.

 

The tour includes a visit to some of the Club’s iconic courts including Centre Court, No.1 Court and Court 18, a visit to The Hill and the Members’ Tea Lawn.
