The Gladwin Brothers are set to get the taste buds racing this Valentine’s Day at The Black Lamb with a special farm-to-fork tasting menu, available exclusively on 14th February 2024. The six-course set menu will feature locally grown, wild and foraged ingredients with some sourced directly from the Gladwin’s farm. Start with delicious and unique ‘mouthfuls’ including mushroom marmite éclair and AAA Maldon oysters. The menu will then take diners on a journey; from the ‘beach’ with hand-picked Devon crab, to the ‘woods’ with Fallow deer, amongst other highlight dishes. Wine lovers can also opt for a carefully curated wine pairing, selected to enhance the flavours of the food, with inclusions from the Gladwin Brothers Nutbourne Vineyards in Sussex. End the evening on a sweet note with a black and white chocolate rhubarb – sharing is optional 😉
