The Rose & Crown
Looking for a great NYE party? Enjoy a kicking live band and the warm welcome you can only find at your favourite local, the Rose & Crown. While their dining tables are already fully booked there is still plenty of space in the bar for walk-ins so head down to the Rose before 9pm for free entry and don’t miss out on the fun.
The Dog & Fox
Head to the Dog & Fox and enjoy great food AND a fabulous party this New Year’s Eve! Treat yourself to a special 5-course menu prepared by Head Chef Hugh and then hit the dance floor and bop till you drop to the sounds of incredible band Coot, who will be playing all your essential NYE hits.

Sister restaurants Light House and Light on the Common are both offering sumptuous set menus for diners to enjoy on New Year’s Eve. Priced at £65 pp, Light on the Common’s 3 course set menu includes a glass of fizz to kick off proceedings, and then five options for each course to suit every taste, plus tea or coffee to finish. Meanwhile the Light House invites you to feast on a very special 3 course dinner, including a glass of Champagne and indulgent classics such as foie gras, guinea fowl and dark chocolate tart. It’s available for 2 sittings: the first from 17.30-19.30 priced at £60, while the second is 19.30-close, and costs £90, to include live music from 21.00.
