At Amathus the team will be kicking off English Wine Week 2026 with a tasting of Nyetimber sparkling wine. 

With vineyards across the greensand and chalk soils of Sussex, Hampshire and Kent, Nyetimber have been crafting globally acclaimed sparkling wines since their first release in 1996. 

You’ll try both their Classic Cuvee and their Rosé. A blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, the Classic Cuvee is Nyetimber’s signature wine, offering the perfect balance between elegance and intensity. In contrast, their Rosé is textured and generous, with a core of red fruits and the weight to pair with a range of dishes. Both are delicious!
