Join the team at Amathus for a sampling of the wonderful wines of the esteemed Marchesi Antinori.

Approved only in 1994, the Bolgheri DOC produces some of the most acclaimed red wines in Italy, and there’s no better producer than Antinori’s Guado al Tasso estate.

You’ll try their beautifully made Il Bruciato, a modern interpretation of Bolgheri’s unique terroir made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Syrah.

Further south and inland lies Umbria and white-wine territory, home to Antinori’s medieval Castello della Sala.

The estate’s San Giovanni  della Sala Orvieto Classico Superiore will also be available for tasting, offering lovely notes of white peach, grapefruit and lime, with a lively citrus finish.
