Madre is known for its artisanal mezcals distilled in open-air “palenques” in the hills of Oaxaca. With less smoke than many mezcals, their Ensamble is perfect for those new to the spirit, while their single varietal Espadin offers a bright, earthy character complemented by natural smokiness.
