King’s Arts 2026: Jazz Showcase

See the King’s Arts Festival Marquee transformed into a vibrant jazz club as the London Intercollegiate Jazz Orchestra (LIJO) joins the King’s Big Band for an exhilarating showcase of big‑band music performed by outstanding young musicians.

 

Led by jazz drummer and composer Finn Genockey, the LIJO features some of the most exciting up-and-coming jazz musicians currently studying at or recently graduated from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama, the Royal Academy of Music and Trinity London Conservatoire of Music and Dance. Recent sell-out performances include shows at Barbican Concert Hall and Eventim Apollo.

 

Food and drink will be available to purchase by pre-order by Monday 8th June at a discounted rate or throughout the evening at full price. A beverage is included in the ticket price.

 

Where: King’s Festival Marquee, King’s College School, Wimbledon. Entrance via Glencairn Road Gate, SW19 4RA only

 

When: Friday 26th June 2026 at 7 pm

 

Tickets: £20 including a glass of wine (adults); £6 inclduing a soft drink (21 and under). Book a table and enjoy one free ticket, the lowest-priced ticket in your group is complimentary.
