A unique evening of field-to-fire dining on the Coach House Terrace at The Dog and Fox.

 

Hosted by game dealer Chris, the night begins with an engaging, hands-on demonstration as he guides you through the finer points of preparing and butchering a whole roe deer – an unmissable insight into the craft behind exceptional game. As the sun sets, Chef Holly will take over the flames, cooking a seasonal feast over open fire, celebrating the very best of British game with bold, rustic flavours.

 

Set outdoors on the terrace, this is an atmospheric and intimate experience — though should the weather have other ideas, the event will move under cover.
