The team at Amathus are delighted to offer a guided sampling session of Fuji Japanese Whisky.

Located at the foot of Mount Fuji, the Fuji-Gotemba Distillery benefits from the area’s cool, humid, highland climate and pure snow-melt water. It is the only distillery in the world to craft both malt whisky and three global styles of grain whisky under one roof, from the mashing to the ageing and bottling.

You’ll taste three Fuji expressions – their rich, velvety Single Malt, mellow Single Grain and delicately sweet Single Blended – each very different but all exemplifying the Fuji “clean and estery” style.
