Join the team at Amathus to celebrate Chianti Day 2026 with a tasting of Tuscany’s signature Sangiovese-based red wine.

From a vibrant Chianti DOCG to a beautifully made Gran Selezione, the highest designation for Chianti Classico wines, the team will have three levels of this Tuscan classic for sampling. So, whether you’re looking for an Italian red for everyday drinking or something a little more special, there’ll be something for you to try:

• Roccapia Chianti DOCG – a lovely medium-bodied red with fragrant wild cherry and fresh leather aromas
• Tregole Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG – an elegant Chianti Classico Riserva with a broad aromatic profile
• Antinori Badia a Passignano Chianti Classico Gran Selezione – a barrel-aged Sangiovese made with only the best grapes from the monastery’s historic vineyards
