Join the 8th annual Waggy Walk and enjoy a ‘pawsome’ day out while raising vital funds for local charity Wimbledon Guild.

 

This fabulous event is open to everyone – with and without dogs – and offers a 4km or a longer 7km route option on beautiful Wimbledon Common. If you’d like company as you walk, you can join the Waggy Social Walk at midday, and meet new people in the local community and enjoy the route together.

 

Walkers are invited to enjoy free pre-walk drinks and snacks at the award-winning Hand in Hand pub and re-energise with a delicious artisan sausage roll from local caterers Two Teaspoons at the end.  Meanwhile every registered four legged friend will receive a fantastic complimentary goody bag from luxury dog groomers, George’s Dog Boutique plus a range of other doggy treats and goodies from sponsors John D Wood, Wimbledon Quarter, Ashworth Solicitors and Barratt London.

 

All money raised from the event will help fund the Guild’s vital work providing financial, emotional and practical support to people across Merton.

 

Where & When: Check in at the Hand in Hand between: 10.30am – 2.00pm on Saturday 4th October. Walk between 10.30am – 2.30pm

 

Tickets: Advance tickets cost £16 for an adult with one FREE child ticket available for every adult ticket purchased. Additional child tickets (aged 4 to 16 years) are £5.50 each. Under 4s go free. Dogs go free if you book in advance! (Dog tickets are £5 if purchased on the day)
