Wind Down for the Weekend with Nature’s Health Service®

Forest Bathing was developed in Japan in the 1980s to help people decrease stress levels following scientific studies by the Government. It is called ‘shinrin-yoku’ in Japanese, which means “taking in the forest atmosphere” or literally ‘forest bathing under the trees’. At this event, join guide Nigel Grimes for a mindful and sensory exploration of the Common including some breath-work and meditation.

Where & When: Windmill Tea Rooms, SW19 5NQ on Saturday 22nd June from 10.30 am – 12.30 pm.

Additional Details: Forest Bathing will take place outdoors and so please wear appropriate clothing and footwear and something to lie on (e.g. a yoga mat or blanket). Food and refreshments are not included but are available to purchase from the Windmill Tea Rooms after the event.

Tickets: £29.00
