Get in the mood for Daiquiri Day with a free rum and Daiquiri tasting.

Rum, lime and sugar are often referred to as the Holy Trinity of Caribbean cocktail ingredients, and the Daiquiri is perhaps the most iconic of this genre.

The team at Amathus will be mixing up Daiquiris using Barceló Gran Platinum, a delicious aged and filtered white rum from the Dominican Republic. They’ll also have the Barceló Imperial and Imperial Onyx dark rums, as well as Whitebox premixed Daiquiris on hand to sample.
