For their 15th annual Shakespeare in the Park performance, Mayhem Theatre Company presents Shakespeare’s most beloved comedy, A Midsummer Night’s Dream.

 

Venture beneath a sun-dappled canopy where the King and Queen of the fae play mischievous sport. Four runaway lovers find themselves tangled in enchantment as magic meddles with their hearts, delighting in the chaos of young love. Meanwhile, a troupe of well-meaning amateur actors prepares a play, blissfully unaware they too will be swept into the spellbound forest. As fairy feuds deepen and confusion reigns, dreams and reality blur in a whirlwind of laughter, romance, and transformation.
