22 May
This tasting explores Cabernet Franc; an ancient grape variety often overshadowed by its offspring Cabernet Sauvignon, but it has arguably more variation in expression and makes fabulously different wines from very diverse soils and climates around the world.
Try it as a key component in a classy Claret, or as a powerful single variety from the sun-baked slopes of the Andes or from the cool hills of Northern Italy to name but a few.
A selection of nibbles will be served to accompany the wines. The wines tasted on the night will be available for sale at a special price to attendees.
Where & When: Jeroboams, Friday 22nd May, 6 – 7.30 pm
