With summer now in sight, is there anything better than a refreshing G&T? Drop into Amathus Wimbledon to sample a brace of Blackwater Irish Gins with the distillery’s Richie Fahy and learn how to create the perfect summer serve.

Based in West Waterford, on the banks of the River Blackwater, micro-distillery Blackwater produce award-winning gins, with a strong focus on quality, provenance and traditional methods.

You’ll try both their crisp, elegant No.5 Gin and their delicious Wexford Strawberry gin, with Richie showing you how to mix and garnish them to best effect.
