Enjoy a guided slow sensory walk and immerse yourself in the wooded world of Cannizaro Park with Susanne Meis.

Susanne is the Founder of Meet in Nature and has guided Forest Bathing events across the UK, including for The Royal Botanic Gardens Kew, the Forest Bathing Institute, The National Trust, and The RSPB.

Where & When? : Cannizaro Park on Saturday 11th July, from 10.30 am – 12.30 pm. Meet at the Millenium Fountain by the main park entrance for a prompt 10.30 start.
