Fox & Fox is a multi-award-winning boutique grower-producer of English sparkling wine, owned by Jonica and Gerard Fox and based in the Sussex High Weald.

 

Emma Reed, Jonica’s right-hand events woman, will showcase a trilogy of wonderful Fox & Fox vintage wines.

 

Raised on a farm in the Australian outback, Emma has worked with Fox & Fox for 20 years, initially as a harvest hand and now as Jonica’s trusted aide. With her in-depth knowledge of the Fox & Fox vineyards and wines, she’s the ideal person to introduce and explain the wines:

 

• Fox & Fox Tradition 2014: A rich, complex Blanc de Noirs.
• Fox & Fox The Elizabethan 2014: A delicious Blanc de Blancs, aged for seven years on the lees.
• Fox & Fox Mosaic Midsummer Rosé 2015: The perfect easy-drinking sparkling rosé, offering luscious ripe strawberry flavours.

 

In addition to the wines, the team will be mixing up a couple of sparkling-wine-based cocktails using the Fox & Fox. So, if you fancy trying a Rosé 75 or a Sloe Motion, Amathus Wimbledon on Saturday afternoon is the place to be.
