For one night only, Oliver Gladwin welcomes Stefano Vallebona into The Black Lamb kitchen for a special supper club event.
The supper club menu brings together Local & Wild cooking with Vallebona’s Italian soul, plus a few subtle Japanese notes woven in along the way.
Expect generous plates for the table, fresh pasta layered with mushrooms and truffle, and a main course that feels quietly indulgent without being showy. It’s relaxed, thoughtful cooking, best enjoyed over a long evening, a good glass of wine, and the pleasure of two kitchens coming together.
